Services to Community
- Youth empowerment through providing scholarship to IT trainee in professional IT scholarship program
- For capacity building of youth through training, in Chittagong, Bangladesh, NIKEdu social-partnership ship company has been created under Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) of Bangladesh in 2017
- Enlisted NIKEdu to Islamic Development Bank project, BISEW-IsDB in 2018
- Provided scholarship and training of 200 students from 2018 to 2020 (before COVID)
Achievements
- Capacitated students to solve engineering problems through design of problem use-cases, UI/UX interfaces and development of circuits, software modules.
- Led research projects and published research articles
- Led academic and administrative roles in different universities
- Played Team member role for different public/private recruitment/admission test examination managements systems such as Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Palli Daridro Bimochon Foundation, MES of Bangladesh Army, Undergraduate Admission test of MIST in 2025
- Collaborated with 9 international Academia of UK, Saudi Arabia, India and Sweden and 3 public/private industry of US, Japan, Italy from 2015 to 2023. Coordinated with Industrial allies (ICTP of Italy and Swift-Engineering of Japan) and developed business relationship with potential partners for last 5 years
- Developed Research Laboratories (VLSI with Cadence and AI, IoT, Robotics) and Obtained 10 TinyML kits and sensors for AI Lab of CSE, USTC from ICTP in 2022
- Established training service center (NIK Edu) affiliated with IsDB-BISEW IT Scholarship scheme as part of social contributions for developing soft and hard skills of professionals and youths through supervision of projects and IT training from 2018 to 2020
- Organized different international events, conferences, seminars and symposiums from 2013 to 2023 at USTC, NIK Edu and Led the organizing team of Convocation 2023
- Developed SOP and led local growth programs, management of complaints issues from 2020 to 2023
- Figured out possible sustainable business opportunities during/after COVID-19 and developed policies accordingly as part of disaster management at NVIT and USTC since 2020
- Led the Software Development team for Bangladesh Tea Board and a 10 minutes length Cartoon named as Golpa Guchcha in 2004/5
